Helsinki will fill up with light again this winter with their annual event “LUX HELSINKI“. Light installations prepared by artists from around the world will be on display, warming the atmosphere around town.
Conveniently, this light show will be arranged along a very easy to follow path along the town center, and to help warm your body as well as your heart, restaurants along the path will serve a special “LUX MENU.” Below, you can see the map of the main light installations in Helsinki center.

This is a moving installation on a classic tram. It will NOT take on any passengers, but it will sure draw the attention of people passing by!

Lighting the path all around are creative and colorful lanterns made by many different artists. Every year, new lantern are added, and the installation grows.
-Urban Flipper-
Why not turn a historic building into a giant pinball game? One player at a time will be allowed to play this awesome game.

Most of the Installations will be available between 5pm to 10pm, while many of them will be lit all hours of dark!
