During the period from the 1st of December to the 31st of March, we have two Japanese service desks located in Northern Finland. The first one is in Santa Claus’ hometown, Rovaniemi, in Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus. The hotel is located in the heart of Rovaniemi, beside the main walking street going through Rovaniemi, Koskikatu.
Opening hours (every day): 13:30 to 15:30

The other is in Saariselkä, in Santa’s Hotel Tunturi. Saariselkä is a small village, mainly consisting of hotels, spas and other tourism facilities. The main street Saariseläntie goes in a rectangle out from the highway, all the way around Saariselkä. At the far end, just off the road, is the Tunturi hotel. The service desks are mainly open for guests requesting to join optional tours during opening hours, but the staff will accommodate you as well as they can during the winter season.
